As a senior project manager for Potomac Capital
Advisors, Inc., Mr. Laroche is responsible for providing
clients with planning, programming, design, and
construction review for projects from inception up to
and through completion and occupancy.
For more than 11 years, Mr. Laroche has participated in
a diverse cross section of projects from commercial and
retail to senior housing and residential. From projects
as small as $200,000 to as large as $40,000,000,he
brings ingenuity, insight and most importantly success.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Laroche was a project
manager & architect with D.W. Arthur Associates, a
Boston' based architecture firm where he was involved in
a variety of projects for corporate clients including
Merck, Warner Lambert, Abbot Laboratories and Manulife
Financial.
Mr. Laroche received his B-Arch from Wentworth Institute
of Technology. He is a licensed architect in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds
his builders license in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.
